We work with trades to plan and execute the prefabrication of complex projects. Typical projects pre-fabricate 20% of the MEP scope. We design to prefabricate 90%, resulting in large labor savings.

Using our detailed models, subcontractors can directly plug into manufacturing processes such as laser cutters. We believe the level of modeling required for direct manufacturing should be a new industry standard.
