Change Order Triage
We are an on-call triage service for your project’s issues (change orders, field issues, last-minute design changes, etc.). We’re highly confident we can make significant progress and realize cost savings. We bring a variety of tools to the problem (such as fabrication modeling). We plan the installation process and navigate through implementation with trades. In short, we’ll use our full expertise to get the project back on track.
Schedule Triage

Hawaii Cancer Center
A cancer research facility required 10’ of insulated duct after VAV boxes to meet sound engineer requirements. The subcontractors submitted a change order for more expensive sound attenuation. Prefix re-coordinated the system to comply with the original requirements, making the change order “disappear”.
